CORRIGENDUM

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 June 1982, No. 60, page 1821, for ‘Wellington City Council: Renewal Loan (Reserves No. 5, 1982 . . . 25,000” please read “25,300” which last-mentioned figure appeared in the original notice signed by C. H. Terry, Deputy Secretary to the Treasury.


CORRIGENDUM
Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Blocks IV, V and VI, Mount Hyde Survey District, Silverpeaks County

In the notice published in Gazette of 7 April 1982, No. 41, at page 1170, for the expression ‘marked “O” on plan’ given for the land secondly described in the First Schedule, read ‘marked “A” on plan’, which expression appears in the original notice signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Tararua State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Tararua State Forest Park.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—HOROWHENUA COUNTY

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Mount Robinson Survey District, being:

31.9701 hectares (79 acres), more or less, being part Section 10 (S.O. 17548), 26.8104 hectares (66 acres 1 rood 0 perch), more or less, being part Section 10 (S.O. 17560), 7.2767 hectares (17 acres 3 roods 37 perches), more or less, being part Section 10 (S.O. 17771), 62.8811 hectares, more or less, being part Section 10 (S.O. 31079).

And all those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Waiopohu Survey District, being:

112.6543 hectares (278 acres 1 rood 20 perches), more or less, being part Section 1 (S.O. 17771), 77.0926 hectares (190 acres 2 roods), more or less, being part Section 2 (S.O. 17771), 430 square metres (17 perches), more or less, being part Section 1 (S.O. 17560), 2251 square metres (2 roods 9 perches), more or less, being part Section 1 (S.O. 17560).

All New Zealand Gazette 1981, p. 3808, as shown on plans S25/2, 3, 4, 5 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
