Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Cook County Council on the 29th day of April 1982:

That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Cook County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said County in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the W. Douglas Lysnar Recreation Reserve to be administered as a reserve for recreation purposes by the Cook County Council.
