Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a cemetery for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Kahungunu people.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following secondary school:
Sacred Heart College, Oakland Avenue, Wanganui.
The said school will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975 with effect from 24 May 1982. A copy of the integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Building, Wellington.

Notifying the Exchange of State Forest Land for Other Land
PURSUANT to section 22 of the Forests Act 1949, as substituted by section 7 of the Forest Amendment Act 1976, the Minister of Forests has exchanged the State forest land described in the First Schedule hereto for other land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
