Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Hawke’s Bay County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Hawke’s Bay County Council in trust for that purpose.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block IX, Shotover Survey District, Lake County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Lake County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
