The Road Classification (Woodville County) Notice No. 1, 1982
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Woodville County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

The Woodville County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

The Notices dated the 2nd day of July 1954†, the 15th day of July 1974‡, and the 15th day of February 1977§ which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
WOODVILLE COUNTY
Roads Classified in Class One
Broomfield Road: from No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to Troup Road.
Heretaunga Road: from No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to a point 2.1 kilometres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said road from the said State Highway.
McLean Street: from Oxford Road to Sowry Road.
Oxford Road: from Pinfold Road to McLean Street.
Pinfold Road: from No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to Valley Road.
Troup Road: from Broomfield Road to No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth).
Roads Classified in Class Two
ALL roads under the control of the Woodville County Council not otherwise named in this Schedule.

PURSUANT to clause 7 (6) of the Pork Industry Act 1974, I give notice that the result of the election of one producer member for Ward 2 was as follows:

Informal ………… 3 votes
I therefore declare B. G. West duly elected.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of descendants of Paramena Haireiti.
