Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 25 March 1982 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Family Hotel, Lower Hutt.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—Auckland Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 19 March 1982, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for Chartered Club known as the Onehunga Workingmen’s Club.

To the intent that on days other than those on which Chartered Clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and on Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.

(a) On any Saturday—Opening at 10 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Committee on 7 April 1982, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Kakaramea Hotel, Kakaramea.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during New Zealand Daylight Time—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve), during New Zealand Daylight Time—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, during New Zealand Standard Time—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(d) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(e) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in those notices were declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of an amalgamation of title it is considered necessary to replace the notices aforesaid.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1982, No. 4.

  2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
