PURSUANT to Regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Matamata County) Notice No. 1, 1982.
- The Matamata County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Second Schedule hereto is approved.
- The notice dated the 26th day of April 1974† which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

MATAMATA COUNTY
Roads Classified in Class One
Domain Road: from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui - Bluff) to the southern boundary of Frankton, Rotorua Railway Reserve.
Kinleith Road: from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui - Bluff) to Old Taupo Road.
Whakamaru Road: Access Road to No. 30 State Highway (Te Kuiti - Whakatane via Atiamuri).
