NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Thames-Coromandel District) Notice No. 1, 1982.

2. The Thames-Coromandel District Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

3. The notices dated the 8th day of November 1963† and the 18th day of May 1972‡ which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to Regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Otamatea County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

2. The Otamatea County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

3. The Notices dated the 12th day of July 1950†, the 30th day of September 1959‡, the 26th day of June 1964§ and the 14th day of April 1966|| which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 3, 1982

PURSUANT to Regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 3, 1982.

2. It is hereby declared, as requested by the National Roads Board, that the State Highway as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

3. So much of the notice dated the 13th day of June 1980 which relates to the classification of the highway, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth): from the eastern boundary of Urenui (RP 203/6.39) to the end of the said State Highway at Woodville.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Raglan County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

2. The Raglan County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

3. The notices dated the 13th day of October 1960†, the 9th day of June 1964‡, the 3rd day of March 1966§ and the 23rd day of April 1974|| which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

RAGLAN COUNTY

Roads Classified in Class One

Huntly-Rotowaro (via Waikokowai) Road: from the northern boundary of Huntly Borough to Bone Road.

Huntly West Road: from the southern boundary of Huntly Borough to a point 2 kilometres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from the said boundary.

Ngaruawahia-Waingaro Road: from the southern boundary of Ngaruawahia Borough to a point 700 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from the said boundary.

Te Ohaki Road: from the Huntly-Rotowaro (via Waikokowai) Road to a point 1 kilometre measured northerly, generally, along the said road from the Huntly-Rotowaro (via Waikokowai) Road.

All roads under the control of the Raglan County Council not otherwise named in this Schedule.
