PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to Proclamations 3673 and 3693 defining the middle line of a road and Proclamation 3862 defining the middle line of a road deviation for water works and shall vest in The Lower Hutt City Council on the 6th day of May 1982.
