Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes on the 6th day of May 1982.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by Clifford Barclay McIntyre as executor under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 312253, is hereby acquired subject to fencing provision contained in lease 312253 and subject to right of way over part appurtenant to Lot 5, D.P. 11238 (C.T. 3A/270) contained in lease No. 312253 for the generation of electricity.
