Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land Held for the Generation of Electricity, for Electric Works (New Plymouth Steam Power Station) and for the Development of Water Power for State Housing Purposes in the City of New Plymouth

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 17th day of February 1982, and published in the Gazette of 25 February 1982, No. 22, at page 594, setting apart land held for the generation of electricity, for electric works and for the development of water power for State housing purposes in the City of New Plymouth, by deleting the words and figures “Lot 117, D.P. 9889” and substituting the words and figures “Lot 117, D.P. 9649”.
