Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1982

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1982.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1982.

  2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  3. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff item set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of Australia, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  4. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Third Schedule hereto, included in the exemption notices shown in the Third Schedule are hereby withdrawn.

The Road Classification (Hokianga County) Notice No. 1, 1982

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Hokianga County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

  2. The Hokianga County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. The notices dated the 7th day of June 1950†, the 19th day of November 1954‡, the 20th day of December 1954§, the 8th day of July 1955¶ and the 13th day of June 1956‖ which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
