A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—WAIMEA COUNTY

126.0595 hectares, more or less, being Sections 21 and 28, Block I, Rintoul Survey District, as shown on plan N28/6, 7, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. Plans 5937, 6116.)

278.8900 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 50710, situated in Block VI, Waiopenu Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 21C, folio 313, as shown on plan S25/1, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Declaring Lands in Nelson Land District, Vested in the Nelson Education Board as Sites for Schools, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Nelson Education Board as sites for schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—WAIMEA COUNTY

SECTION 27, Block II, Waitakere Survey District. Area 8094 square metres, more or less, S.O. Plan 2370.
