A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

92.5038 hectares, more or less, being Section 5, Block II, Heringa Survey District, Section 3, Block IV, Heringa Survey District, Lot I, D.P. 5496, situated in Block II, Heringa Survey District, and Lots 2-7, D.P. 5458 situated in Block V, Heringa Survey District.

All certificates of title, Volume 31, folio 94, Volume 1D, folio 149, Volume 3D, folio 716, Volume 3D, folio 717, Volume 3D, folio 718, Volume 3D, folio 719, Volume 3D, folio 720, and Volume 3D, folio 723; S.O. Plans 708 and 874. Subject to a right of way over part Lot 6, D.P. 5458, in favour of part Section 50, Block V, Heringa Survey District (certificate of title, Volume 3D, folio 721) created by Transfer 104336.5.
