Constitution of the Papakura Hydatids Control District

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 5th day of April 1982
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(a) This order may be cited as the Papakura Hydatids Control District Order.
(b) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of May 1982. -
The area comprising the City of Papakura, as from time to time constituted, is hereby declared to be a hydatids control district to be called the Papakura Hydatids Control District.

The Papakura City Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Papakura Hydatids Control District.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1942, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

Title—This order may be cited as the Harbour Board Employees Superannuation Scheme Order 1982.

Consent to variation to superannuation scheme—Consent is hereby given to any Harbour Board referred to in the Schedule to the agreement hereinafter mentioned varying any superannuation scheme established pursuant to the Harbour Board Employees Superannuation Scheme Order 1976*, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and provisions of an agreement made on the 10th day of November 1981, between the Harbours Association of New Zealand and the New Zealand Harbour Boards Employees Industrial Union of Workers, a copy of which agreement has been deposited in the office of the Secretary of Labour and also in the office of the Secretary to the Treasury at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(a) This order may be cited as the Franklin Hydatids Control District Order.
(b) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1982. -
The area comprising the County of Franklin and the Boroughs of Pukekohe, Tuakau and Waiuku, as from time to time constituted, is hereby declared to be a hydatids control district to be called the Franklin Hydatids Control District.

The Franklin County Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Franklin Hydatids Control District.

Revocation—The Franklin Hydatids Control District Order 1975 is hereby revoked.

Appointment of Member of Coal Mines Council
PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1979, the Minister of Energy hereby appoints
Joseph Eric Holm
to be a member of the Coal Mines Council as from 1 April 1982 to 31 March 1983.
