Declaring Road in Blocks IX and X, Hautapu Survey District, Rangitikei County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and
(b) Stops the said road; and
(c) Declares that the said road, when stopped, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 276, folio 55.
