Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to Section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the Manukau City Council:

(b) Pursuant to section 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas marked “B” and “E” on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 35D/419, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 376243.2 and encumbrance No. 472000.1;

(ii) The area marked “C” on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 35D/420, subject to encumbrance No. 472000.1 and memoranda of mortgage No. 795496.3 and 795496.4;

(iii) The area marked “H” on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 67, limited as to parcels, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 113385.2 and 113385.3 and statutory land charge No. 550015.3.
