PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is acquired, together with and subject to the easements specified in easement certificate No. 279997.6, and subject, as to Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 48201, to the sewage and stormwater drainage rights described in the Second Schedule hereto, for State housing purposes on the 15th day of April 1982.
