Amending a Notice Declaring Road Stopped in Block II, Waiaua Survey District, Opotiki County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of February 1982, published in the Gazette, 4 March 1982, No. 24, at page 653; declaring road stopped in Block II, Waiaua Survey District, Opotiki County, by omitting the words "Chief Surveyor at Napier" and substituting the words "Chief Surveyor at Gisborne".

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Ashburton County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Ashburton County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked 'G' and 'F' on the plan shall vest in Daniel Hendry Bruce Hay of Mayfield, farmer, and Janet Taylor Hay, his wife (as tenants in common in equal shares), subject to statutory land charge 161850/1, and memoranda of mortgage Nos. 907244, 176553/2, 347638/1, 353196/1 and 353196/2.

(ii) The area marked 'H' on the plan shall vest in Rodney Donald Dalgety of Mayfield, bus driver, and Christine Margaret Dalgety, his wife.

(iii) The area marked 'K' on the plan shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
