Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for public buildings or other purposes of General Government over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for historic purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Omata Stockade Historic Reserve.

Classification and Change of Name of the Oaro Scenic Reserve

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Wellington City Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and vests the said reserve in the Wellington City Council in trust for that purpose, subject to the terms of an agreement between Her Majesty the Queen and the Wellington City Council dated the 15th day of February 1982 a copy of which is deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington as Wellington Deed No. 1787.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block IV, Mangahao Survey District, Pahiatua County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Pahiatua County Council pursuant to the said Section 323 and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
