Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Ohinekoao Scenic Reserve.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Rotorua-Taupo Pest Destruction Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Rotorua-Taupo Pest Destruction Board, and revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purpose (site for Rabbit Board buildings), described in the Schedule hereto.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block II, and Block III, Mount Bonar Survey District, Westland County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Westland County Council pursuant to the said section 323 for reservation as a scenic reserve and, as from the date of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown Land subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegation from the Minister of Lands, hereby revokes the notice as to the revocation of reservation over a reserve specifying that the land shall vest in the Tauranga City Council in fee-simple and how the value thereof shall be utilised, which was published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 October 1981, No. 117, page 2797, in relation to the reserve contained in the Schedule thereto, and hereby issues the following notice as a fresh notice in place thereof:
