Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

PURSUANT to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drugs set out in the Schedule hereto.

Vesting a Reserve in the Franklin County Council

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Mount Wellington Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Mount Wellington Borough Council in trust for that purpose.
