The Traffic (Winton Borough) Notice No. 1, 1982

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Winton Borough) Notice No. 1, 1982.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Winton Borough) Notice No. 1, 1978, dated the 17th day of October 1978† issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

Situated within Winton Borough:

No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth): from the northern boundary of Winton Borough to a point 40 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Grange Street.

Eglington Street: from the western boundary of Winton Borough to a point 40 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said street from Mackenzie Street.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Change of Address of Hospital Board Clinic Specified as Place at Which Controlled Drugs May be Prescribed, Administered or Supplied for the Purpose of Treating Persons Dependent on Controlled Drugs

1. Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 24 (5) (b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, has specified the Hospital Board Clinic named in the Schedule hereto as a place at which controlled drugs may be prescribed, administered, or supplied for the purpose of treating persons dependent on controlled drugs.

2. The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 107, of 20 October 1977, at p. 2759, relating to the Palmerston North Hospital Board's Clinic at corner of Princess Street and Broadway, Palmerston North, is hereby revoked.
