Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Waimea County Council;
(b) Pursuant to section 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and vested in Harry John Anglesey of Tadmor, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 136821 and 220420.1.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Southland County Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that—
(i) The areas marked "I" and "K" on S.O. Plan 9766 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 186, folio 44.
(ii) The area marked "J" on S.O. Plan 9766 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 57, folio 282.
