Land Declared to be Road, Road Closed, and Vested in
Block XII, Onamalutu Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development—
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in
the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in
The Marlborough County Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion
of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to
be stopped, and declares that—
(i) The area marked “C” on the plan shall vest in
Alistair Hamilton William Adams and Elizabeth
Margaret Adams, both of Langley Dale.
(ii) The area marked “D” on the plan shall vest
in The Marlborough County Council.
(iii) The area marked “E” on the plan shall vest
in Rock Ferry Farm Ltd., Blenheim, subject to
memorandum of mortgage No. 98775.9.
(iv) The area marked “K” on the plan shall be
dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
(v) The area marked “L” on the plan shall vest
