Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration, dated the 8th day of May 1981, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 14 May 1981, No. 58, at page 1316: declaring land taken for better utilisation, in the City of Wellington, by omitting the Second Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.
