Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as State forest land, as from the date of publication hereof.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 28) 1981
Pursuant to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 28) 1981.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1982. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule, is hereby withdrawn.

NOTICE

(a) This notice may be cited as the St. Peter's College, Palmerston North Board of Governors Notice 1982.
(b) This notice shall come into force on 17 March 1982. -
The Board of Governors of St. Peter's College, Palmerston North, shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Education Board of the district of Wanganui;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.
