Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waitemata City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserves in the Waitemata City Council in trust for those purposes.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WAITEMATA CITY

584 square metres, more or less, being Lot 14, D.P. 67687, situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District. All certificate of title 35A/582. Local purpose (parking) reserve.

73 square metres, more or less, being Lot 16, D.P. 67687, situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District. Part certificate of title 957/202. Local purpose (accessway) reserve.

3025 square metres, more or less, being Lot 17, D.P. 90908, situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District. All certificate of title 48B/120. Recreation reserve.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block VIII, Hororata Survey District, Malvern County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Malvern County Council pursuant to the said Section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Victoria Recreation Reserve.
