Electric Lines Licence—Authorising the Paparua County
Council to Erect and Use an Electric Line

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy
hereby licences the Paparua County Council of Christchurch,
subject to the following conditions, to lay, construct, put up,
place and use the electric line described in the Schedule hereto.

CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical
   Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations
   1976, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regula-
   tions made in amendment of or in substitution for any of
   those regulations.

2. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by
   the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976 and the Electrical
   Wiring Regulations 1976 shall be incorporated herein and
   shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they may be
   inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

3. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph
   (a) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations

5. This licence shall come into force on the 1st day of April
   1982 and, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, it shall
   continue in force for a period of 21 years from that date.

SCHEDULE

A LINE commencing from a kiosk situated on the northern
side of Main South Road, approximately 60 metres west of
the intersection of that road with Chalmers Street and Gould-
ing Street, and proceeding in a southerly direction across
Main South Road, and thence to the licensee’s pumphouse.

All being situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District,
in the County of Paparua, as shown on the plan marked NZE
1032, deposited in the office of the Electricity Division of the
Ministry of Energy, at Wellington.
