ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of Waitamata bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Lot 2, D.P. 69811 in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District and proceeding easterly along the northern boundary of that Lot 2 to the boundary of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District Inner Area as described in the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960; thence southerly along that boundary to the southern boundary of Lot 7 D.P. 69811; thence westerly along that southern boundary to and along the southern boundary of Section 34 Block XIV, Waitamata Survey District to a point 29 metres west of the western boundary of the said Lot 7; thence northerly along a right line to a point on the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 34 being 24 metres from the north-western corner of Lot 2 D.P. 69811; thence south-easterly along that north-eastern boundary to the point of commencement.
THIRD SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of Manukau bounded by a line commencing at a point on the north-eastern side of Massey Road being the intersection of the production north-easterly of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 77734 in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District and being on the boundary of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District Inner Area as described in the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960 and proceeding south-westerly along the aforesaid production to and along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 77734 to and north-westerly and north-easterly along the south-western and north-western boundaries of the said Lot 3 and the last boundary produced across Massey Road to and south-easterly along the aforesaid boundary of the Auckland Metropolitan Drain-age District Inner Area to the point of commencement.

Appointment of Supervising Officer
I, Alexander King Ewing, Controller Marine Administration, pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby appoint Allan Cragg
to be a supervising officer for all the navigable waters within Westland National Park and South Westland Reserves, for the purposes of the Harbours Act 1950.

Appointment of Transport Licensing Authority
PURSUANT to section 93 of the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby appoints Desmond Leo Hogan
of Christchurch, as Licensing Authority for the Nos. 8 and 9 Transport Districts and the Christchurch Transport District for a term commencing on 1 May 1982 and ending on 30 April 1983.

Appointment of Member of the Urban Transport Council
PURSUANT to section 14 (2) of the Urban Transport Act 1980, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
Written notice has been given to the said Minister that the person specified in the Schedule hereto has been appointed to replace John Phillip Wootton as a member of the Urban Transport Council established pursuant to the Urban Transport Act 1980 by the bodies specified in the Schedule hereto, pursuant to section 14 (1) of the said Act.
