Appointing Members of the Engineers' Registration Board

Pursuant to section 3 of the Engineers' Registration Act 1924, the Minister of Works and Development hereby appoints as members of the Engineers' Registration Board:

Appointing Inspectors in Respect of all and any Local Railways at Pleasant Point, South Canterbury, Operated by the Pleasant Point Railway and Historical Society

Pursuant to section 178 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby appoints Leslie John Sargisson Baker, of Timaru, engineer, and Leslie Ronald Carran, of Timaru, fitter, to be inspectors in respect of all and any local railways at Pleasant Point, South Canterbury, operated by the Pleasant Point Railway and Historical Society, to inspect all and any of the said local railways as occasion may from time to time require.

Declaring Land to be an Access Way and to be Under the Control and Management of the Waiapu County Council in Block XVI, Mangaoparo Survey District, Waiapu County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Developmentβ€”

(a) Pursuant to sections 114 and 136, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be an access way:

(b) Pursuant to section 137, declares the said access way to be under the control and management of The Waiapu County Council.
