52.2 Charges for consignments over 250 kg

Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, fresh mushrooms, and nuts grown and packed in New Zealand (including the Cook Islands and Niue) in consignments exceeding 250 kilograms in weight shall be charged as follows, subject to the minimum charges prescribed in clause 52.1.

52.3 Owner’s risk

The foregoing rates are at “limited carrier’s risk” and will be reduced by two percent where consignors require that the consignment be carried at “owner’s risk”.

52.4 Domestic use

Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, fresh mushrooms, and nuts grown and packed in New Zealand (including Cook Islands or Niue) forwarded for domestic use of the consignee shall be carried only under the provisions of clause 26.
