Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

PURSUANT to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drugs set out in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the East Coast Bays City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into Council's Reserves Account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Vesting a Reserve in the Wairoa County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Wairoa County Council in trust for recreation purposes.
