Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Nuhaka Domain Board to control and manage the reserve for recreation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—WAIROA COUNTY—NUHAKA DOMAIN

4.9049 hectares, more or less, being Section 16S, Omana Settlement (formerly Lots 1, 2 and 3 D.P. 3166 and Section 11S Omana Settlement) situated in Block VIII, Nuhaka District. All certificates of title 79/82 and 79/83. S.O. Plan 8084.

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Section 19 (1) (b) of the said Act.
