New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement
PURSUANT to article 3 of the New Zealand - Australia Free Trade Agreement 1965, the products listed in the following Schedule have been nominated by New Zealand and Australia for addition to Schedule A.
Prior to formal inclusion in Schedule A, interested persons or firms are invited to make representations in support of or against any nominated product or products. The representations should be forwarded to the Secretary, Department of Trade and Industry, Private Bag, Wellington, not later than 10 May 1982, and the appropriate inquiries will be conducted. In those cases where the inquiries result in a decision to include the goods in Schedule A, and where the Australian Government is in agreement, such inclusion will be effected at the earliest practicable date.
Products on which no representations against inclusion in Schedule A have been received by 10 May 1982, will be added to the Schedule effective from 1 July 1982 provided the Australian Government agrees.

Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs
PURSUANT to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drugs set out in the Schedule hereto.
