Amending a Notice Proclaiming Road Closed and Vested in Block IV, Waikouaiti Survey District, Silverpeaks County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of November 1981, published in Gazette, 19 November 1981, No. 137 at page 3222, proclaiming road closed and vested in Block IV, Waikouaiti Survey District, Silverpeaks County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948 by omitting “Charles Black” and substituting “Charles Terence Black”.
