Commissioner of the High Court Appointed

PURSUANT to section 47 of the Judicature Act 1908, the Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison, C.M.G., G.B.E., Chief Justice of New Zealand, has this day appointed Philip Hamilton of 220 Claredon Street, South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia,

a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria to be a Commissioner of the High Court of New Zealand in Victoria for the purpose of administering and taking oaths, affidavits and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Maori Housing Purposes in the County of Taranaki

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 20A (1) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 14th day of March 1978, and published in the Gazette of 6 April 1978, No. 27, at page 1035, by inserting after the words “resolution 230692.2” the words “and subject to the restrictive covenant as to buildings contained in transfer 250609.”
