PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that an agreement to that effect having been reached, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for pleasure ground and also hereby declares that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for housing purposes and also hereby declares that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for water supply and all the land in this declaration shall vest in the Wellington City Council on the 11th day of March 1982.
