as Diamond Harbour, being Rural Sections 22982, 246,
498 and 1333, and part of Rural Section 2404 and the
road reserve along the waterfront, bounded towards
the north-east generally by the mean high-water mark
of the Lyttelton Harbour from a point opposite the
northernmost corner of Rural Section 243E to a point
opposite the northernmost corner of Rural Section 24110;
thence to that corner and bounded generally towards the
south by said Section 24110 and Charteris Bay Road to
the south-western side of the right-of-way which inter-
sects Rural Section 2404; thence towards the south-west
by the south-western side of that right-of-way to Rural
Section 243E near its easternmost corner; thence to
that corner and again towards the south-west by the
north-eastern boundary of said Section 243E and its
continuation across the road reserve to mean high-water
mark of Lyttelton Harbour, the point of commencement.
Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District known
as Rangiora Borough as may be constituted from time to
time.
Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District known
as Kaiapoi Borough as may be constituted from time to
time.

New Zealand Poultry Board—Notice of Amendment to the
Boundaries of the Dunedin Egg Marketing Area (Notice
No. 2771, Ag. 4/57/1 (a))
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Poultry Board Regulations
1980, the New Zealand Poultry Board hereby gives notice
that as from the 5th day of April 1982, the boundaries of the
Dunedin Egg Marketing Area as defined in the First Schedule
of the said regulations are hereby amended by substituting
for the description of the Dunedin Egg Marketing Area as
set out in the said First Schedule the following description,
together with the land extending outwards therefrom to a
distance of 60 metres:
All that area of land within the City of Dunedin and the
Boroughs of Green Island, St. Kilda, Mosgiel and Port
Chalmers, as may be constituted from time to time.

New Zealand Poultry Board—Notice of Amendment to the
Boundaries of the Tauranga Egg Marketing Area (Notice
No. 2769, Ag. 4/57/1 (a))
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Poultry Board Regulations
1980, the New Zealand Poultry Board hereby gives notice
that as from the 5th day of April 1982, the boundaries of the
Tauranga Egg Marketing Area as defined in the First Schedule
of the said regulations are hereby amended by substituting
for the description of the Tauranga Egg Marketing Area as
set out in the said First Schedule the following description,
together with the land extending outwards therefrom to a
distance of 60 metres:
All that area of land commencing at a point where the
south-eastern boundary of Section 15, Block I, Te Tumu
Survey District, meets the coastline of the Bay of Plenty;
thence in a north-westerly direction by the said coast-
line to the entrance to the Tauranga Harbour near
Mount Maunganui; thence along the shores of the
Tauranga Harbour and Motuhoa to a point where
the western boundary of Section 6s, Apata Settlement,
meets the aforesaid Tauranga Harbour; thence by a
right line in a south-westerly direction to the north-east
corner of Allotment 509, Te Papa Parish, in Block VI, Otanewai-
nuku Survey District; thence by a straight line to Trig.
Station J3 in Block IV, Otanewainuku Survey District,
and from there by a straight line to the commencing
point. Also all that area in the South Auckland land
district known as Te Puke Borough as may be constituted
from time to time.

Commerce Act 1975
NOTICE is hereby given of decision No. 65 of the Commerce
Commission dated 24 February 1982. This decision relates to
the refusal by Wilson & Horton Limited to supply advertising
services, through the New Zealand Herald to Direct Contact
Limited.
By this decision the Commission orders:
Wilson & Horton Limited to discontinue the practice of
refusing to supply Direct Contact Limited, and any of
its authorised agents, the service of publishing in the
New Zealand Herald advertisements relating to real estate,
in accordance with the instructions of Direct Contact
Limited, or any of its authorised agents, at the prices and
on the usual commercial terms and conditions prescribed
by Wilson & Horton Limited for the publishing of classi-
fied real estate advertisements; and further orders that, if
requested by Direct Contact Limited, the advertisements
placed by it be inserted in those pages which are set aside
and used for classified real estate advertisements. Pursuant
to subsection (5) of section 22 of the Act this order shall
come into force on Thursday, 4 March 1982.
