PAPA ADOPTION DISCHARGE BILL
In the matter of the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to private Bills, and in the matter of a private Bill intituled “An Act to discharge an adoption order made on the 23rd day of February 1966, in favour of Terehia Puru Papa formerly of Pakanake, widow, now deceased, as adoptive parent of Kevin Arohi Timoko Papa”.
NOTICE is hereby given that Kevin Arohi Timoko Papa of Opononi, workman, intends to apply for leave to bring into the House of Representatives at the present session a private Bill intituled as above.
The objects of the said Bill are to effect a legal discharge of an adoption order made by the Magistrates Court at Hamilton on the 23rd day of February 1966, whereby the said Kevin Arohi Timoko Papa was adopted by the said Terehia Puru Papa.
The promoter of the Bill is the said Kevin Arohi Timoko Papa, whose address is care of Messrs Palmer and Macauley, Solicitors, corner Broadway and Station Road, Kaikohe to which address all communications and notices may be sent and at which address a copy of the Bill may be inspected.
