Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying
the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be
Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for
recreation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and further,
declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Rotorua
District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any
such sale to be paid into or towards the improvement of other
reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the pur-
chase of other land for reserves.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block IV, Ruakaka Survey
District

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Com-
missioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described
in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the
Whangarei County Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and
as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be
Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands

reserve for scenic purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves
Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Manaia
Ridge Scenic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for scenic
purposes subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said
