Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the
Hamilton City Council on the 15th day of September 1982:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of
the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves
that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and,
described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby,
declared to be a reserve for local purpose (electricity) within the
meaning of the said Act.”

Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule to be clas-
sified as a reserve for local purpose (site for Rabbit Board buildings),
subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaring Additional Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 the General
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be
included in the existing Maori reservation known as Kaiapoi Vil-
lage, Lot 3, part Reserve 873, constituted by notice dated 30 Sep-
tember 1969 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 9
October 1969, No. 61, p. 1972.

International Air Service Licence

PURSUANT to section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing
Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Air New Zealand Ltd. has
applied for an amendment to its International Air Service Licence
to operate air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo, and mail
between New Zealand and Hobart, Australia. Further details of the
proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Private
Bag, Wellington.

Any person or organisation desiring to make representations
relating to this application, must forward these representations in
writing, to reach me on or before 24 December 1982.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Inte-
gration Act 1975, notice is given that integration agreements have
been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor
of the following primary schools:

St Joseph’s School, Allardice Street, Dannevirke.
Reignier School, Guppy Road, Taradale.

The said schools will enter into the State education system in
accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975 with effect from 24 November 1982. Copies
of the integration agreements are available for inspection without
charge by any member of the public at the Department of Edu-
cation, Head Office, Government Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wel-
lington, and at regional offices.
