Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block V, Winton Hundred, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Southland County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the New Plymouth City Council on the 18th day of October 1982:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes, within the meaning of the said Act”.
