Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XI, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Bay of Islands County Council pursuant to the said section 323, and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage Part of a Reserve and Appointment of The Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the New Zealand Historic Places Trust to control and manage that part of the reserve for historic purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to control and manage that part of the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares the said land may be disposed of by the Rodney County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
