Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby changes the classification of that part of the
reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for
recreation purpose to a reserve for local purpose (plantation),
subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby authorises the exchange of the reserve for the purposes
of erecting buildings for the uses of the Provincial Govern-
ment described in the First Schedule hereto for the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed
by the Wellington City Council on the 13th day of October
1982:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council
hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said
City in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto,
shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve
for scenic purposes within the meaning of the said Act”.
