Cancellation of the Vesting in the Hutt County Council of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Hutt County Council of the reserve for a site for a public pound described in the First Schedule hereto, and further cancels the vesting in the Hutt County Council of the reserve for a site for a saleyard described in the Second Schedule hereto.
