Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,

acquired for road and shall vest in The Wellington City
Council and that the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired in connection with an accessway
and shall vest in The Wellington City Council from and
after the 25th day of November 1982.
