NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 15A of the Shipping and Scamen Act 1952 (as substituted by section 2 of the Shipping and Scamen Amendment Act 1971) to represent owners of New Zealand ships, the Minister of Transport on the 28th day of October 1982, appointed:

Arthur Graham Smith to be a member of the Marine Council to replace Raymond John Ross and appointed Victor Leonard Kilgour to be a deputy member of the Marine Council.
