PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in

be stopped and when so stopped, shall be dealt with

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Govern-
ment Work and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown
Land in Block VI, Hokianga Survey District, Hokianga
County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development amends the notice
declaring land acquired for a Government work and not
required for that purpose to be Crown land in Block VI,
Hokianga Survey District, dated the 22nd day of January
1982, published in the Gazette of 28 January 1982, No. 7,
at page 269, by deleting the Schedule from that notice and
substituting the following Schedule.

Land Acquired for Road, Purposes of a Road, and for Housing
Purposes in the Borough of Feilding

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
acquired for the purposes of a road, and that all the land described in the First, Second,
and Third Schedules shall vest in The Feilding Borough
Council on the 18th day of November 1982.
