Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in
the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in
The Rodney County Council:

Easement Acquired Over Land for Water Supply Purposes in
Block XIII, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an
agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement
is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule
hereto to lay and maintain a pipeline with all accessories and
to conduct water through the same and to enter for the
purpose of inspecting, repairing and maintaining the said
pipeline, for water supply purposes, and shall vest in The
Franklin County Council on the 18th day of November 1982.
